The scope of delivery of every My NEON Customize neon LED sign includes:

  

 

Power supply with power plug 

Included is a power cable and power supply that can be powered from a standard 240V outlet. All electronic components are CE, FCC and RoHS certified.

Warranty

All My NEON Customize indoor neon lamps have a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months. All My NEON Customize outdoor neon lamps have a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months.

 


Mounting set

All neon signs are supplied with sufficient screws and dowels for wall mounting. Depending on the selected back, optional spacers are supplied. If the option "for ceiling suspension" is selected, a suspension device consisting of two chains and two ceiling brackets is supplied.

Dimmer & remote control (optional)

With our optional dimmer you can adjust the brightness of your neon lamp individually. You can select the dimming function directly in our online configurator or order it later from our customer service. All our dimmers are CE and RoHS certified and are tested before delivery.
